Health is a key cornerstone to sustaining peak performance in all areas of our lives. It’s no good waiting until you have a quieter period or some time off to exercise. As far as the body is concerned - If you don’t lose it, you lose it!
The reason why so many people don’t invest the necessary time in their health is due to the fact that health requires a longer term vision and the benefits and/or costs to neglecting it are not always immediate.
