Using his experience and knowledge from leadership development and psychology Ben is able to provide an appropriate balance of support, challenge and feedback to facilitate learning, awareness and deeper understanding in his clients, allowing them to find practical actions to take forward in how they manage themselves, their teams and their own clients.
Ben began coaching PwC partner candidates in 1999 having attended an intensive programme with the London School of Coaching. He later obtained his first coaching accreditation from the School in 2003.
